We provide hourly routine patrols of apartment complexes, condominiums, industrial complexes, office buildings, commercial complexes, schools, hospitals, public facilities, and construction sites.  Our professional uniformed security officers will perform the following tasks:

 

  • Enforce parking rules to prevent trespassing, loitering, and curfew violations
  • Issuance of parking violations warnings/ notices
  • Vehicle towing (in compliance with 22658(a) & 22658.2 of the Vehicle Code).
  • All guards remain on property for at least 15 minutes to check for squatters, prowlers, and vandalism.
  • Use of flashing lights, foot/vehicle patrols.
  • Submission of Daily Activity/Incident Reports to property owners/managers
  • 24 hour emergency dispatch service
